Here are some other interesting ideas
using this smokin' wing sauce...
Buffalo Chicken Sandwich/Wrap
1. Instead of chicken wings think about marinating boneless chicken tenders in the sauce and then grilling the chicken. You could make a buffalo chicken sandwich/wrap by adding your favorite topings. Don't forget the bleu cheese as it makes the perfect companion. Go without the bun and turn this tasty delight into a smokin' salad!
Buffalo Chicken Pizza
2. Cut 2 chicken breasts into slices or chunks and marinate the chicken for 1 hour or overnight (covered in your refridgerator of course). Reserve some of the sauce to mix into your favorite pizza sauce leaving about a tablespoon for drizzling on top of all of the ingredients (do not use the marnade. discard all sauce that has touched the raw chicken). Sauté the chicken just until it's browned on the outside. Mix the reserved wing sauce with your favorite pizza sauce before adding the mixed pizza sauce to your pizza crust. After you have added the mixed pizza sauce to the crust, add mozzarella cheese and the browned chicken strips/cubes. Then top with bleu cheese and a little more mozzarella. Drizzle the remaining wing sauce on top and bake the pizza at 400° for about 8 to 15 minutes depending on the size of your pizza, type of crust, and the amount of toppings you choose.
Vegetarian Buffalo Tofu
Cube, slice, or crumble your tofu and marinate it in the wing sauce. Use the marinated tofu in any of the ideas above or make up your own creation. Even meat lovers will love this tasty spin on the American classic.
