For 25 years, I have believed in providing top-notch customer service to all of my customers. It’s a proud AmeriClean tradition.
I’m always surprised and disappointed when, as a customer or client for other businesses or offices, I experience a lack of the customer service I expect. In fact, I believe our society overall is lacking in an appreciation of customers.
At AmeriClean, I emphasize over and over to my staff that all of our customers are extremely important; we make every effort to make sure that every customer knows that we feel that way. For example, we have always followed up on every call since the day Russ and I gave birth to our business in 1984.
I believe in a triple win for everyone. First, the customer needs to be satisfied and happy with the service AmeriClean provides. Second, my service technicians who do the work for our customers need to be happy with the results they get and with each customer’s satisfaction. And then, finally, AmeriClean as a business will be happy if the customer and employees are happy.
If ever a customer has any question or concern about our service, I always EMPHASIZE that we want him or her to call. I am willing to help anyone.
Our follow-up system is tried and true; it’s proven over 25 years. As a customer, do you feel important and valued?
