A Simple Recipe for French Onion Soup... AmeriClean Newsletter - April & May 2009
If you have leftover au jus from our recipe for Grilled Filet Mignon with Rosemary au jus, turn it into a spectacular French Onion Soup. Follow the easy directions below.
You will need:
Bread of your choice. It can be stale bread.
Goat Cheese and Provolone Cheese (or the cheese(s) of your choice)
Get some nice bread of your choice. Toast the bread and cut into large chunks. Heat the au jus over low heat then add the bread. Top with goat cheese and provolone cheese. Place under the broiler until the cheese in melted and slightly crispy. Enjoy!!
